Laurie's Deli: Fresh, Delicious Sandwiches & Deli Delights in Columbia Falls

Place is always super packed, no room to park often. The bread is fresh and food tastes good, but the prices are outrageous and sandwiches are always a sloppy mess. You know, you don't HAVE to charge an arm and a leg just because you are popular. You'd likely get even more business (and therefore money) if you lowered prices a bit so people could afford to eat your food more often!

Friendly staff, pricing seemed reasonable. I got the Italian and it was pretty darn good! 6” for $6.75. Will definitely be back again. Wish we had more unique bread options in CF Edit: their hours are inconsistent. Not open at posted hours.

This is one of my favorite sub shops in the world! It hasn’t changed in the 6 years since I ate here last! The food is just as amazing as I remember it, the house made bread just as soft, there is always a line, and the people are just as friendly as I remember them! A definite must eat for quality subs and sandwiches! Oh and you want to try a cookie too!

Open 8:30 to 2:00. Great Sandwiches. Awesome friendly staff. We passed through Columbia Falls several times after visiting Glacier National Park. We noticed Laurie's Deli was always full of customers and the parking lot was packed with cars. That alone made it stand out from the other restaurants along the highway. We assumed whatever they were making in there was attracting the crowd. One day we drove by and noticed there wasn't the normal crowd size in the restaurant. We made a quick u-turn and went in to get sandwiches. The menu is pretty simple and self-explanatory. The staff was very friendly and jovial. They made the sandwiches just the way we wanted and we ate them in the dinning room. The sandwiches were delicious. Everything tasted fresh and made with quality ingredients. It's likely why there's usually a large crowd in the restaurant. As we were leaving we realized why there wasn't a crowd when we visited. We must have walked into the restaurant just before 2:00 PM, when they close for the day. Even so, the staff was perfectly happy to make our sandwiches without any fuss. We had no idea we were keeping them from closing on time and they didn't give us any indication of that. Anyway, now that we know why this deli is so popular, we'll be regular visitors when we're in the area.

What a great find. We were making a family trip out to Saint Mary Lake for a picnic while visiting the Glacier National Park and this was conveniently on the way. I'm glad we found this great local spot instead of going with a chain restaurant. Prices are low and they have a great selection with many options. Staff was very friendly and patient with our party of 9. We ordered all of our food and packed them in the cooler. 2 hours or so later once we set up for our picnic the subs were still pretty fresh. Even though they were dressed, none of the sandwiches got very soggy. I got the oven roasted chicken and it was really good, the vegetables were fresh and ripe, the bread held up well and was soft and easy to eat. A great value and quality sub.

WOWWW! I always tell people that anything along the road to GNP must be good or it wouldn't still be here. However, Laurie's Deli is the exception ! The food and the service were just beyond exceptional. This was our first time in and won't be our last. They had already closed and still served us with a staff full of smiling faces !! Then we drove down to the river and opened the box of goodies and it was Amazing! So flavorful and hot! We don't frequent sandwich shops because I'm never impressed enough to pay for something I can make so easily at home. This will forever be our sandwich away from home go to! With friendly service and memorable food Laurie's is the stop for anyone!!

My buddy and I do a lot of work in the area and one of our go to locations for lunch is Laurie’s Deli. About lunchtime there is usually a line out the door in season and out. It’s definitely a local hotspot and if you haven’t grabbed a sub, gyro or some of their homemade soup you’re missing out! The staff are incredibly friendly and will soon have your order and name memorized. The food is fresh and like I said is one of my favorites in the area.

A busy place especially around lunchtime. Lines can go out the door but worth the wait. Everything is fresh especially the breads. It’s a fast moving line even when busy. A good stop for a bite to eat before your flight out of Kalispell. Plenty of parking.
